Inventories rising?

I receive daily emails on listings in midtown and downtown and have noticed inventories rising with little sign of price flexibility. Does anyone have a link to actual charts for these particular areas? Realtor, Zillow and Trulia apps don't provide reliable info like they used to.

Keep in mind that apartment turnover is usually higher during the summer months. This isn't the same as 'inventory' but depending on what you are referring to, it may result in you receiving more marketing emails regarding available units....
