I noticed this sign when I was walking yesterday by the Masonic Temple. Does anyone know if there is an actual plan to renovate these or if the sign means something else?

Sorry it's sideways. It wasn't sideways when I uploaded it.

That sign has been there a while. Here it is on the Google street view.

But I do vaguely remember hearing something about them getting renovated not that long ago.

That's a little discouraging. I wonder how old the street view pictures are though. I wouldn't be surprised if some developers are interested with the arena getting built so close. Hopefully something happens soon.

Joel Landy, the old hippie developer, who did the Addison and places on Charlotte and Peterboro [including the current Scott Mansion conversion] owns those apartments. Haven't heard any rumors on those.
