    Default Riverfront Apartments Get New Owners

    New owners out of NYC. My uncle used to live there and I remember they were pretty nice then. But it was very 90's inside. I wonder is the recent renovations have updated it a bit.

    Interesting to note, the marina is no longer in use. I wonder why that is. Anyone have any info why that marina doesn't operate any longer? Also, maybe the new owners would be receptive to a continuation on the RiverWalk across the front property as opposed to going around to Jefferson.

    always been told it closed for safety reasons. it needs to be dredged as well. cost estimates are significant
