Scratch another one off the Fabulous Apartment Ruins of Detroit list. The Cass Plaza at Cass and Martin Luther King is nearing completion. It joins the Patterson and the Davenport to create its triangular block's complete restoration. No way would this be saved I used to think. Wrong and amazing!
Let's start as she stood for years and watch the changes.
