1449 and 1505 Woodward - What is the end game?

Bedrock has been renovating 1449 and 1505 Woodward for some time now with no word of tenets. if you look at Bedrock's site and check for availability, there is none, minus the retail for 1449. Have rumors been floating around about who will be going in there? I assume this wasn't renovated on spec, especially when they keep buying buildings like the one by Ford Field to move staff. Could this be a single occupancy space for some yet to be mentioned company moving in to the City?

As for 1505, there is still some availability, but not the entire building. Thus, assuming someone has yet to be announced for this too.

Both of these are 48,000 square foot buildings, so not tiny.

Showing only a few available spaces is one of the oldest tricks in commercial RE. It allows the building rep to bring in the prospects while still trying to keep prices inflated. Other spaces magically become available if the prospective tenants don't like what they see or if that space is too small etc....

A store Kit and Ace store was announced months ago in the 1449 retail and Bedrocks site say residential is planned above. And Rocket Fiber has been in 1505 for months.

I would like to know if anything is planned for the corner of Congress and Woodward across from Townhouse. There's been major work going on there for a while now.

that's also already been announced. entire building being turned into apartments with ground retail below
