Thanks for sharing. These are some great initiatives, I hope all of those bike paths/lanes eventually get built. The article is right - with the city being so emptied out and having such wide avenues, there should be more than enough room for cars and bikes on those wide avenues.

I am really stoked about the 2 restaurants that are mentioned - Rose's Fine Foods and Chartuese Kitchen - I really need to check these places out. I have heard great things about these and now that I know they locally source a lot of their food, it is a shame I haven't gone and tried them out.
