    Default Building at 2930 Cass Ave, Detroit, MI 48201

    A few years ago someone spent a lot of money to fix this place up then put it on the market and it has sat there ever since unoccupied has anyone heard of why it has just sat there I would love to own a place like this.

    Yes they gutted the whole building inside and out fixed it up really nice and it has sat empty since then. Looking at the two cracked windows upstairs I wouldn't doubt it if it squatters for a while

    Until a few months ago it had been open to trespass for several years.

    The crew maintaining it now is the same crew that does all the other Illich-controlled properties in the cass corridor.

    That building was included in the mass of RFP's the Ilitches sent out along with their other properties recently.

    I would have to see the inside I saw that it was redone but since then have the scalpers ripped out all the wiring and copper piping and does it have water damage from a leaking roof? Dave
