    Default Shelbourne Development planning mixed-use project on McNichols near Palmer Park

    i was perusing the shelbourne site after seeing the curbed article:

    on the WJR widget kathy leipitz mentions acquiring 6 properties on mcnichols between woodward and second ave with plans for new construction with retail/resturants and apts above in a 2-3 story buildings...[[6:30 mark)

    A rehabbed Palmer Park Apt. Building.This time no DEAD [[C)KRAK HEADS, pimps, prostitutes and drug emporiums. The new owners will rent their units to folks with jobs and money and not welfare folks with food stamps.
