    Default Detroit/Wayne county Port Authority

    They are in a drudge and hampered because of a debt of 2.1 million,I think the city should pay this debt and utilize the advantages the port could provide in revenue back to the city.

    Would have been nice if Duggan could have negotiated this debt payoff as part of the Riverside land swap with Matty.
