Default Nice Article On What's Happening In Corktown

    http://www.detroitnews.com/story/bus...igan/80592994/

Article has a nice perspective as to what has happened since the Tigers left...

What it shows is that how areas or neighborhoods can grow through cycles of decline and regrowth just like how the downtown went through decades of decline and now regrowth.

There are a number of residential areas of Detroit that were on the cusp of rapid decline
but they were revived by the hard work and efforts of their residents and real estate
investors. This includes the West Village, Woodbridge, the West Canfield historic district
and the East Kirby area. Are there others?
