Default New zoning in Midtown would emphasize walkability

This is a start. It needs to be applied to other parts of the city.

Good luck with wanting a walk ability district in this car minded, car influenced , car controlled City council who would be controlled to go against putting up a wall of retail storefronts. I love the idea of walkable districts in the city. Cass Corridor could get the stores that Gilbert doesn't allow to open downtown such as a City Target, Dicks or Dunhams, and a Kroger

Will any of this improve parking so I can get out of my car an walk about? ........
