not to be cynical, but I hope there are some controls in place to monitor how this is spent.

My worry is that the State of Michigan will lower their funding by the $500,000. I wish Ellen would have held off doing this until the state funds are allocated. Then this money would be on top of, what I am sure will be bare minimum, whatever the State deems is necessary.

And, I agree with bmick67....hope there are controls!
