    Default targeted neighborhoods for demolitions

What are the neighborhoods that the city is focusing on revitalizing through the demolition of derelict houses? Is it working in all of them? Is there a second tier of neighborhoods, or are demolitions happening sporadically elsewhere in the city.

The City of Detroit has a Dashboard that lists the metrics each week. It doesn't look like they are doing demos in Jan [[likely frozen ground).

If you look at the Archives within that site - you can see they try to average 100 teardowns a week. http://www.detroitmi.gov/How-Do-I/Fi...r-28-October-4

Plus, they need to spray with water from the nearest hydrant to keep dust down...which would create huge ice flows. Every one of 'em would be like that art house.

The contractors haven't been very good at shutting down the hydrants properly when they're done, either. They've reportedly been the source of more than a few damaged fire hydrants.

Now that people are watching more closely, I'm sure they're trying to keep these loose ends trimmed.
