Deadly shooting w/ 13 Y/O inside car and other kids nearly killed riding on hood!

Insane, and inane. Happened on Hayes street in broad daylight, folks in hoodies shoot a moving car with kids in tow inside and outside of the car!

So many things wrong here: who allows children to hitch a ride to the store on the hood of their car only to be nearly killed during a shoot out? This looks like a hit towards the adult driver. The 21 and 13 y/o inside the Dodge Charger shot dead as he left with the kids on the hood! Of course no one has seen anything. Nothing.

I find none of it humorous. The riding on the hood speaks greatly to the 'invincibility' principal many young people operate under. How many car accidents, black and white, are from cars piled up with teens and younger NOT wearing seat belts becoming projectiles when the fast car meets an object not moving [[tree, building etc.)? Couple that with folks aiming bullets and well, we get this result.

The family of the deceased driver has the added burden of knowing he put other families children in harms way big time.

^^^ Yes. Another example of stupidity where at least no one was seriously injured. The vehicle could have plowed in the photographer or one of the homes in the subdivision. Dumb hobby.....

This is the black ghetto culture of Detroit. Stuff like this is common down there [[red lights are optional stops, one way streets are whatever way you want to drive, stopping your car in traffic to talk to someone else etc...) That is why Detroit is what it is. Until people act like civilized people, then Detroit will always be garbage.
