    These look good but across the street, Patterson Terrace looks absolutely phenomenal. The extremely detailed cornice is truly something to behold. Clearly Patterson is someone's labor of love, not just a quick resto job.\

    Is all of Patterson Terrace being restored or is part on John R not?
