Obama calls ISIS 'killers with good social media'

    Quote from article:
Why did Obama declare ISIS 'contained' the day before the Paris attack?

    http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/22/politi...iref=obnetwork

From article: [[CNN) U.S. President Barack Obama toughened his rhetoric against ISIS at a weekend press conference in Malaysia that concluded his nine-day trip abroad.

The group responsible for the Paris terror attacks is "a bunch of killers with good social media," he said. "They are dangerous and they've caused great hardship to ... an overwhelming majority of people."

FBI director: We can't yet restrain ISIS on social media

The global coalition formed to destroy ISIS "will not relent," he vowed. "We will not accept the idea that terrorist assaults on restaurants and theaters and hotels are the new normal, or that we are powerless to stop them."

Obama's stronger language on ISIS came after days of criticism for his response to the tragedy in Paris but did not signal a policy shift by the administration.

Four days ago, terrorist networks televised threats http://www.cnn.com/2015/11/18/us/new...-video-threat/claiming their actions would be implemented in three days [[why not Black Friday is anybody's guess?-it would look like a hideous scene out of Gilliam's "Brazil"). So far nothing. Unless, something subtle, like a virus [[biological, computer, etc.) were to happen...

Terrorists work by getting folks keyed-up and turning people into monsters against themselves [[much like the Twilight Zone episode "The Monsters are Due on Maple St."). It doesn't help that all this coincides with many folks glued to nail-biting episodes of their favorite zombie prime time soap opera [["OMG! OMG! is Glenn alive?! did he make it out?! AAAAhhh!") depicting folks in their little quaint town settlement trying to "keep the terror from without at bay".

Maybe this attempt was a "two for flinching". Thus, if there is any threat of a terrorist attempt, it will occur after we become terrible worn-down and numb at the false telegraphed "blows that never come" .

    Very perceptive.

Serling's original 1960 "The Monsters are Due on Maple St." was remade in 2003 as "The Monsters Are on Maple Street."

The assumed enemy in the former were extraplanetary aliens. The assumed enemy in the latter were terrorists.

The actual culprit in the former were extraplanetary aliens. The actual culprit in the latter was the military.

The Lord of The Flies had a similar message. The same phenomenon happens on internet forums.

The Backwater Gospel has a similar theme.
