Need Recos for a birthday party in Detroit: Midtown or near downtown

I would like to have a birth celebration next year, 2016 in June. My birthday. Most of my family are in Detroit.

I need a party room which will allow outside delivery -- pizza type food and BYOB.

Facility: low-rent [[not expensive), for 2 hours to hold about 20-40 people.

I was looking at the Grille on Woodward. I don't know if they have a party room [[have to call).

Or a public place like the Art Institute.

Any recos for me?
