Construction on John R/Erskine

I noticed a new house being built near the corner of these two streets today, a few blocks away from The Ransom G House. Looked like a random spot to rebuild... anyone know what is going on here?

It is a restart on the condo complex that at incomplete at the SE corner of John R/Erskine. Waiting to see if someone starts the Patterson Terrace across the street. Restored, those units would be sweet. All new interiors would be called for as most everything is gone interior wise.

Have you all heard just a couple months ago? Dan Gilbert and his OCP Quicken Loans Gang [[Delta City-Gilberttown) had annexed Brush Park. The construction of their mega condos and super housing has begun. It will be beautiful mixing historical homes and 23rd Century Logan's Run buildings.
