Driving home from work today there was a massive police situation between Conner and Chalmers on Jefferson. DPD, Border Patrol, MSP were all there. Anyone know whats going down?

Detroit police are searching for four teens who escaped from a facility in the area of 609 E. Grand Boulevard and Charlevoix on the city's east side.
