Relative on the east side needs a Carpenter to fix his front and back porches. Send me your reco's, they have to be dependable and pref. live in the city.
Must not be afraid to go to the east side of Detroit. Prefer a retiree.

What's he need done? I'm from the neighborhood and work in the city all the time, although I'm neither desperate nor stupid. Am also licensed & insured and pay my guys pretty well, which brings me back to my previous sentence.
