Dearborn Homecoming is this weekend. Good luck on parking [[shuttle bus?), and please just ignore the guys pretending to be Christians screaming at folks through bullhorns. There is some sort of huge yard sale in all the houses in the Boston Edison district. It is ocurring Saturday 8/ 8/2015. I just drove through there.

No screamers at the homecoming this time. Had a fun time there.

Thank you, Kathleen, for the Pierogi Power! That was a good festival. My son liked the potato pancakes. The music was good, That church looks amazing on the inside, and I bought a lot of children's books from the back of the thrift area that they had. Some nice folks from the Academy of Arts and Sciences gave us some free pops, which we then gave to some thirsty folks waiting at bus stops. Too bad they ran out of frozen potato/bacon pierogis before we had a chance to buy some to take home.

Why does the computer keep telling me I'm spelling pierogi wrong?
