    I really hope Detroit gets it. Some cities, we're talking about you, Phoenix, seem to get the Super Bowl and these CFP games too often.

    Most people use their vacation to go to these things. Most people want to go somewhere warm on their vacation during the winter

    I wonder if capacity would play into this, more than anything. Ford Field I think is about 10,000 people below the tier of larger stadiums that are always hosting these type of events.

    oh man.. this would be at the same time as the 2019 NAIAS... holyyyyy crap Detroit would be THE city to be in across the entire country that weekend.
