Statue of Liberty in Detroit? [[Miniature but...)

In scanning an old family photo I'm seeing something in the background that sure looks like a smaller version of the Statue of Liberty- anyone else see that or know anything about it? Full photo first, for reference, closeup for detail.

No I'd say this was the 1920s, as were most of the old family photos around that era.

No, a few more clothes on this one- I also used to live about 20 miles north of NYC and on a visit back 'pre-9/11' took this one of the real deal- there's no doubt in my mind that that was a copy in downtown Detroit- during the 1920s. The tablet, the robe's flow, etc, it's all there. This more from the left than the one in Detroit-

That would be around the right time frame but the base certainly is different. Does anyone know what building that would be in my photo?

Not to hijack this thread, but does anyone know what happened to the Statute of Liberty replica that Detroit had? I found the below video link that is from the 1914 Liberty Bond parade here in Detroit when it was unveiled.

No hijacking, this is all interesting to me. Although that one has a different platform it could be that just the statue was used, but still doesn't tell us what building it was on...or why.
