What about the Russell Industrial Center?

Prepping for my August trip to Chicago. Wrote/emailed the center, no replies. Would anyone know about the Center?
Do they have tours? Is it open to the public? Thanks.

BTW, I have found a couple of walking tours.

Their Facebook page says "Always Open" but I would guess the shops there keep normal shop hours, 9-5/10-6 kinda thing.

The majority of it is like a giant art dormitory, so you'll be staring at a lot of closed doors unless you go during one of their open houses.
