Detroit Metropolitan Hospital on Tuxedo - History Question

Does anyone have any information on this former hospital that was on Tuxedo at the corner of Webb Ave? I know if closed in 1990 [[?) as my mom worked there as medical secretary [[now called receptionists) and I think HFH systems asborbed their patience.

I had doctor visits and procedures there from birth through my college days. Last time I passed by there it had become a Jobs Corps facility. I have a feeling that's no longer there. There was a "Doctor Sigmoid" there who I never had, but the name would make me laugh because it sounded like a shortened version of Sigmund Freud.
