What's Up With The Jogging Ninjas?!

This morning around nine o'clock, about twenty to thirty black-clad men were jogging down Griswold Street, headed towards the river.

I say men, but there might've been more diversity to the group. I saw them cross Larned in my rear-view mirror.

Traffic was too fucked up this morning to be gandering at pedestrians.

Presumably, they are from the police academy as I saw them yesterday escorted by a car with flashing blue and red lights and I believe the sweatshirts said Detroit Police Department.

Thanks, I suspected as much...but nowadays downtown you just can't presume.

It could've just as easily been a Gilbertian show of force, attempting to secure more holdings in the financial district.
