    I love the National! I'd love to have it restored with a similarly designed parking structure built in the lot next door. Could you imagine having Dita Von Teese [[a native Detroiter) produce a show there? Va va voom! LOL

    Still a mystery as to what will happen to it. At least the above ground wires in this 2000 photograph are gone.
