There appears to be a lot of construction equipment in the gore shaped area bounded by Oakwood, Sanders and Dix across from the renovated Marathon refinery. Does anyone know what is happening there? Thank you.

Probably more Marathon development.
Didn't they buy up a lot of that land for an expansion?
