There were a couple people on here [[one person was named Jason something) that recreated Detroit and its skyscrapers in Sim City 4.

Haven't got this yet although I'm very excited about. I need a new computer or at least upgrades and I'm being responsible and paying debts first.

Detroit is being re-created by Mike Duggan & Dan Gilbert.

I made a few "Detroit" regions in SC4, but nothing was doing with great care to accuracy.

Recreating the city is hard because the orientation is not exclusively North-South-East-West.

This program also includes the integrated 3D Warehouse. There are numerous actual Detroit buildings on there [[including a few I created) and plenty of homes similar to those in Detroit as well on there, including many by the user "Paulwall", who created a model of my house and posted it there.

I actually bought this game a few days ago and was going to try to make a Detroit [[or at least some part of it)...haven't had a chance to really play yet this week...damned real life responsibilities
