Couple new development projects announced via Midtown Detroit newsletter

Palmer Townhomes, located at Palmer and John R, are currently under construction.

Additionally, 5734 Woodward is undergoing renovations, bringing residential units and commercial spaces. Flagstar Bank and the State of Michigan Community Revitalization Program are assisting in financing this project.

anyone have any info on Palmer Townhouse? Looking at the map I'm assuming it's the northeast corner of palmer and John R, which is just a giant empty piece of land currently... would be great for new residential!

I posted about this yesterday; it seems nobody know about the Palmer Townhomes. But if they are under construction, how is this project so under the radar?

The Palmer townhouses are a continuation of a project unfinished during the recession.
