Default Looking for anyone who has original auction book Rose Terrace or Stonehurst Estate

    Hi, there --

Years ago we acquired a substantial lot of architectural antique pieces [[decorative, such as wood panels, stained glass, chandeliers, etc) that came from Stonehurst, Rose Terrace and the Alvan Macauley estate in Grosse Pointe.

We now want to liquidate, and it's important to us to establish provenance. We have documented provenance of the cigar panel room pieces from the Macauley estate, and also of the Caen Stone wall piece [[Anna Dodge face) which came from Rose Terrace. Other pieces we're fairly certain come from those estates too, but we're having a tough time finding those original auction booklets that may include photos and descriptions.

We would be SUPER appreciative if someone could either contact us to send us scans [[especially if there's a table of contents or index!)... or hop on over to our website and see if you recognize anything. Likewise if you've been inside the estates and have familiarity with some of the more distinguishable pieces.

Our website address is: The Detroit Gatsby http://www.detroitgatsby.com

Thanks in advance for your help!!

1 - Go to YouTube, search for "Rose Terrace Grosse Pointe" and you
will find multiple videos, some with details.

2 - There is at least one person on the following thread who claimed
to have a Rose Terrace auction catalogue:
    http://www.detroityes.com/mb/showthr...4-Rose-Terrace

3 - Auction catalog citation with a "Find in a Library" link:
    http://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/005056716

4 - Also a link where you can [[purportedly) purchase
    the Christie's catalog you mentioned:
    http://auctioncatalogs.com/product/c...se-sale-92771/

5 - Or you can purchase it from Amazon.com:

Thank you! I really appreciate the time you took to provide those links. I currently live in Northern MI, which makes the hunt a bit difficult. I figured it might be easier to ask a kind soul to look at the TOC for me, and perhaps offer them up a few bucks for scans than pay $40 for a book that might not yield anything.

I'll keep on the hunt. Hoping to make a trip down to the city at some point...
