    Outstanding. Will be great to see that corner activated and the building tuned up [[maybe they will install some first floor windows?).

    The legendary Shoppers Cocktail Lounge was at the alley end, Grand Ave side. It was frequented by the staff of J. L. Hudson's, and was a favorite of the display department. At dusk, it morphed into a popular gay bar.

    Using the entire building? I hope they're not displacing PuppetArt, unless PuppetArt has already found another, better home.
