It looks like the group behind Brush Park Village North have finally started work to finish phase one of THAT project two years later. They are also working on The Mack @ Brush Park. However, they continue to let their other properties rot. The houses on Erskine look worse than when they planted their flags back in 2007.

Well, I applaud them for their efforts. I don't see many people willing to take a chance at reviving that neighborhood.

What are you talking about? The new fire hydrant... and new street, and apron and sidewalk. So much positive investment :-)

What effort would that be? Putting a sign up?

Looks like the neighbors put up a nice wall though.

I don't see how they can make any money completing the project now since there are a some dirt cheep foreclosures already there.
