Nothing, this is a non-Detroit issue. Seattle is still considered to be the safest city in the U.S. However I do heard that Seattle is getting a bit of gang activity showing their colors in Downtown Seattle.

A few years ago there was influx of gangs from L.A. [[Mostly Bloods and Crips), want to do their drug runs without being caught by L.A.P.D. and DEA and ATF. They some of them set up shop in the final frontier, Alaska. Anchorage is one of the secret drug trading post. Its cool to bitter cold environment provide a perfect escape from police force. Now they need cities of stopping points to smuggle their drugs. Seattle and Portland is one of those stopping points. L.A. Gangs know they have to be very careful now to show their colors in the two the of safest cities in the Pacific Northwest. So they hide out and not to make a scene. When a Hispanic gangs from MS-13 to Mexican Mafia of L.A. found out that these black gangs are their drug runs. They join in. This time they make a scene in Seattle and fewer black gangs come out to. Once of while some black and hispanic gangs will make a scene in Downtown Seattle and any time now they will shoot. Innocent bystanders who are in their way may got shot, too.

I'm not sure who shot that 16 year old teen and father, but Seattle will not be safe for long.
