This is a complete 'tear-down' now. A friend two summers ago went on vacation and his neighbors notice water seeping from an outside wall down to his driveway and called him. When he came back it took a year for the house to be stripped and essentially rebuilt from the inside out. He had insurance and they had to stay in a hotel the whole time.

The damage here is BEYOND any restoration! Everything covered in ice has expanded and completely water logged. What a shame!!
