I don't know who's responsible for testing the rape kits in Highland Park's rape cases but I hope to God that it isn't the DPD crime lab:

I hope they got the right guy, and if so, I hope he rots in jail. One of the few redeeming things about people in jail is how they'll treat the rapist of an 11 year old.

Glad to hear this. I know the community was involved in finding the perpetrator. I hope this capture is the result of these efforts. This is the kind of positive action we need.
