    I read some of them, but reading all of the negativity gets exhausting pretty quickly. I sprinkled a little positivity in there but it's going to be overwhelmed by the normal stuff. It's nice to see SOMEONE writing some positive news about Detroit.

    It's a start..still have a long ways to go.

    You got that right.
    You got to get the $$$ jobs into the city; you still have to convince young people to stop leaving and stay. You got to build up the education sectors. And what about all that empty land? What's going to occupy the land? Where is the revenue coming from? You can't expect white suburbanites and entertainment/sports to carry the city.
    Too much to get right.
    Because if they don't do it right this time, it's going to start all over again.
