    Fascinating article, thanks for sharing!

    One of the things I learned about was the greenbelt around London. An area surrounding the metro area that prohibits new structures, causing London to grow up instead of out.

    It was interesting to think of how a greenbelt policy could be implemented in metro Detroit.
