    Default Looking for an MLK Day of Service Volunteer Opportunity for a Group

    Hi,

    I'm trying to plan a volunteering event for group of ~20 people.


    • In Detroit proper or an organization that serves Detroit residents
    • Not food-related
    • Not a religious organization
    • Not outside [[okay, this is just because I am a baby, so I can yield on this)


    Any suggestions?

    Habitat for Humanity? Maybe an event like the Belle Isle spring cleanups - outside but nice weather.
