Orleans between Jefferson and Atwater

What's going on with Orleans between Jefferson and Atwater? Is it being widened and turned into a boulevard?

There is a lot of dirt work being done on the east side of Orleans.

they need to continue work on it and knock down that nutty building that's still standing at woodbridge and riopelle. Why is that wreck still standing? also the abandoned warehouse next to Steve's Soul Food on Franklin.

The dirt work is actually being done adjacent to Riopelle, not Orleans. Sorry for the confusion.
