It's a two way street,people do not care,they want it fixed and now and if it is not out of pocket it does not matter.

The fraud is systematic all the way to the top,contractors and subs beware and get paid up front or 1/4 payments , I still have over $60k in RO numbers from Katrina and ACOE,I still had to pay my crews.

So FEMA can include themselves in the beware of fraud list.

Fraud is not limited to FEMA contractors. I had a company out that told me I needed a new furnace, because all the blower motors were bad. I called someone else, said all I needed was a circuit board. He checked the motors, all ran fine. Criminals.
