Not a big deal. It will be tied up in litigation for a long time since Manny will keep filing suit after suit claiming his offer needs to be considered.

Matty Moron had made an offer for this property and I'm glad this crazy council didn't take it.

This is the "alternate proposal" required of the Council under the EM law.

As I recall, it now goes to a State board that chooses between the EM's proposed deal and the Council's.
