    Default Boblo boat SS Columbia leaves Detroit for last time

    She was moved to Toledo today. The New York nonprofit says it's unlikely she'll ever return to Detroit. Story and photos from today's actions here:

    I have no problem with that. Rather have the chance to see her in action on the Hudson River than rusting away at a pier in Ecorse like the Ste. Claire.

    Today in the Detroit River heading downbound for Toledo. Left at 10:00am and arrived at Toledo at 4:00pm and went directly onto the small drydock at Ironhead Marine. Keeping fingers crossed.... Name: Columbia4[[9-16-2014).jpg Views: 752 Size: 24.6 KB
