Default Sale of Old Wayne County Bldg a done deal

    http://www.crainsdetroit.com/article...ing-lot-closes

I know there's an old thread, but had trouble finding it.

So, I'm having trouble wrapping my head around who could fit the bill for "single-tenant occupancy." The article states that $15M in renovations will begin immediately - which is AWESOME - which includes tenant build-out.

This seems to indicate that they have a tenant lined up already. An investor wouldn't spend the $ to do build-out for a single tenant unless there had been some formal commitment.

Thoughts/rumors?? Any idea who could be moving in here?

I hope that they are hiring.
The sooner it gets done the better. But I hope it lasts and there will be no "for sale" sign again within 5-6 years.
