    Well if it is needed so much why were Chadsey and Southwestern both shut down leaving only Western?

    DPS should had remodeled the Old Southwestern High School Building to make that new Hispanic Speaking High School.

    the school should be activated immediately and have adult-education options for area residents.

    Why would the DPS utilize an existing school building, that they own, when they can pay to rent a building or better yet overpay to buy a building ???
