    This article really deserves its own thread as it is a heads up of tomorrow's Freep article which should have all of the info we've been waiting for the arena and the rest of the development plans.

    Even if the article doesn't live up to hype [[say, mostly just the arena plans and dates) that is still what we have been waiting for...

    BTW, the article talks about the projects being completed in THREE years. The arena, though, should be completed in say 24 months.

    Maybe a lot more than the arena will be publically announced tomorrow.
