Default Jesse Jackson hits Obama for putting immigrant children first

    From article:

The Rev. Jesse Jackson criticized President Obama for putting unaccompanied alien children before Chicago, and argued that the federal government should award the Windy City $2 billion to help combat violence.

“If we can find $4 billion for those children — and we should — we can find $2 billion for Chicago,” Mr. Jackson said, a CBS-affiliated radio station reported Wednesday.

I doubt I'll ever say this again, but I'm in total agreement with Jesse Jackson on this issue.

I'll also add that instead of sending an additional 350 million to Israel this week to pay for more rocket interceptors [[ http://news.yahoo.com/u-senate-doubl...lkA1ZJUDA3N18x ) We should be redirecting those funds to Chicago, Detroit, Flint and New Orleans. I checked the stats real quick and since 2001 61 Israelis have been killed by rocket fire [[Fewer than 6 per year on average). How many innocent Americans could our billions of dollars in funding have saved each year?

Kids are coming across the pathetic excuse we have for a border with small pox, H1N1, scabies and head lice... and more...

Our country needs to start worrying about itself. And protecting itself.

Here's what the Mexicans think of our border guard

People who think that the border crisis is a feelgood issue of people looking for a better life are completely mislead and following US propaganda hook, line and sinker.

The border is a war zone, people are dying on both sides.
People getting smuggled into the US are raped, abused, beaten, taken advantage of, recruited into cartels, murdered and more.
Disease and infection is crossing the border. Outbreaks of small pox, H1H1, and even the bubonic plague have been discovered!!
This situation needs remedy and it needs it now.

The border is not Ellis Island and people dreaming of a better life. It is a humanitarian catastrophe. It is full of corruption, money, death and suffering.

I almost $hit bricks when I thought I was going to agree with Jesse Jackson but then I read his quote, he had me until "and we should". We SHOULDN'T! We should turn them around and wipe our hands off. We have way to many problems internally...

Not a Jackson fan, but his comment on balance - withstanding his 'allowance' - speaks to a growing voice of question once assumed to be the stable of the rebups and tea party types......!

He actually dared step, eh, tip-toe outside of political party orthodoxy! More of this to come.
