How do you get off the lists of these charities that continually send out
caledars and address labels?

In most cases, you have to call them and ask to be removed from the list. But if you EVER donate to anyone using your name and address, you will end up back on everyone's list.

Agreed. They don't seem to understand that when they get too aggressive, they kill the goose that laid the golden egg.

I think what usually happens is that the charity contracts an outside company to do the fund raising but the company cares more about the revenue they can bill for than the charity's reputation.

One way to donate anonymously is to send money orders and just don't identify yourself.
