Default Perry Street - Longest Brick-paved side Street in Detroit?

While looking up the site of the "Practice Space" I discovered Perry street along which it lies. Traveling up and down it on Google Street view from Wabash to the expressway I noticed that there is still 4 and 1/2 blocks paved with brick. I don't recall any longer stretch except on Michigan by old Tiger Stadium.

I love brick streets. They are so beautiful and now so rare.

That's beautiful! Glad there will be some new life for that stretch coming soon.

Dare I say: brick street preservation should be one priority of local preservationists.
