Default Any updates on Bloody Run Creek Development?

A few years ago the developer in the article below was trying to revive this project. Does anyone know the status of this happening?

They still haven't gotten financing for the project. Given that it's been marketed as a 1 billion dollar project, money isn't exactly being thrown at it. The project is also coordinating with Eastern Market and the Dequindere Cut and whatever organizations are involved with those two that no doubt makes the project slow coming. Though that's just assuming the project hasn't been abandoned. It doesn't help that the website for this project just expired a few days ago.

But last I saw, the reason for the Alfred Bridge demolition during the Dequindere Cut extension through Eastern Market was for a potential pond/waterfall that was related to Bloody Run. I can't find the map where I saw that though. Hopefully it wasn't on that website because there's nothing coming up for it, but I'm pretty sure it was a different one.
